Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large zucchini
    4 to 6 onions
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery salt
    5 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 sweet red pepper, diced
    5 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Core and shred zucchini.
    Measure 10 cups.
    Shred onion. Measure 4 cups.
    Soak overnight, covered with water and salt. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
    Put in large pot.
    Add all ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil 30 minutes.
    Put in pint jars.
    Process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
