Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch fresh spinach, well washed, stemmed and dried
    1 large red onion, cut into thin rings
    1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Tear spinach leaves into bite size pieces and place in a salad bowl.
    Add the onion rings and orange segments.
