Crusty Beef, Cheese And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. very fine noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 (10 1/2 oz. each) cans meatless mushroom sauce
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed.
    Heat oil and saute onion until golden brown.
    Add meat and brown slightly.
    Add sauce and heat. In a casserole, layer 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the sauce and 1/2 of the cheese.
    Repeat and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
