Orange Oat-Bran Muffins(Makes 24 Muffins.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box oat bran
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 c.) frozen concentrated orange juice
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. canola or rice bran oil
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 container Egg Beaters (8 oz. = 4 eggs)
    club soda
    2 very ripe bananas, pureed (this should measure 1 c.)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. oat bran
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan with Pam or Baker's Joy.
    In a mixing bowl or food processor, blend pureed bananas with 1/2 cup of the sugar, vanilla and oil; mix until well combined.
    Stir in dates and nuts.
