Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 tsp. sugar
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. shredded mild cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown (approximately 35 minutes).
