Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, diced and browned
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large onion, cut in small pieces
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    2 tomatoes, cut in 1/8-inch slices
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, garlic and oil and let stand one hour.
    Add the rest of ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
