Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 (No. 2) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 c. chopped dates
Preparation

Blend on cake speed until well mixed.
Pour into 1-pound coffee cans, greased with oil; fill 1/2 full.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Let cool and cover with plastic lids.
