Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 lb. lean stew beef (I use chuck roast)
    2 large cans tomatoes
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. water
    8 cloves garlic (I use minced garlic in a jar)
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put all in large saucepan and cook for 5 or 6 hours or until beef falls into shreds.
    The mixture should be of a consistency for serving on buns.
    (Butt end of fresh pork can be used in this recipe.)
    Serves 20.
