Deep Dish Tuna Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. pie crust mix (1/2 of 11 oz. pkg.)
1 c. chopped onion
1 medium potato, peeled and diced (about 2/3 c.)
1/4 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. assorted loose-pack frozen vegetables
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Prepare pie crust mix according to package directions, except do not roll out.
Cover dough and set aside.
