Honey Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/3 c. honey with 3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 to 8 Rome apples, peeled and sliced
    2 unbaked pie crusts
    butter and milk
Preparation
    Use your own favorite crust.
    Combine first 5 ingredients until you have paste-like mixture.
    Fold into sliced apples in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Place mixture in bottom of unbaked pie crust.
    Dot with butter.
    Place second crust on top and flute edges.
    Cut 4 or 5 slits in top of crust.
    Take a little milk and brush over top crust.
    Bake for approximately 1 hour.
    Apples may be any kind in season.
