Cauliflower And Olive Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 thinly sliced cauliflower
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped black olives
    1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimento, drained
    1/4 c. minced green onions
    pinch of marjoram or oregano
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    dash of salt and pepper
    5 c. torn greens (iceberg or romaine)
Preparation
    Put first 7 ingredients in salad bowl.
    Toss well.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Just before serving, add greens and toss. Serves 6.
