Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed carrots
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten separately
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine all, put in buttered 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Set mold in water, cook for 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with mushroom sauce.
