Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients. Put into 2-inch foil baking cups; one wafer on the bottom, then 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Top with the pie filling of your choice.
