Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put coconut and pecans in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix cake mix as directed and pour over 1st mixture.
Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and vanilla and drop by tablespoon onto top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
