Beaver (Or Any Small Game) Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. leftover cooked wild game meat
    2 onions, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    vegetable oil
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. Minute rice
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grind or finely chop up the meat.
    Saute onions and celery in oil.
    Add the meat and cook until all is browned.
    Mix in canned tomatoes and rice.
    Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until rice is done.
    Season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
