Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    Curly lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and cook in boiling salted water to cover 30 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and cook completely.
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Combine potatoes, eggs and celery in a large bowl; toss gently.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl; stir well.
    Pour over potato mixture, tossing gently.
    Cover and chill thoroughly. Just before serving, add relish and pimento; toss gently.
    Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
