Saucy Chops Cincinnati - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Brown both
    sides
    of chops slowly in hot oil.\tCombine applesauce, soy
    sauce,
    onion and cinnamon.
    Arrange chops in single layer in shallow baking dish.
    Spoon applesauce mixture evenly over
    chops.
    Cover pan with foil.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove
    foil.
    Turn chops over and baste.
    Return to oven. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes longer or until chops are tender. Serves 4 to 6.
