Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar or to taste
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. fully cooked rice
    2 c. whole milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    flour or cornstarch (to thicken)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly and add flour, sugar, nutmeg and salt. Stir in rice, milk and vanilla.
    Cook slowly in heavy pot until thickened.
    May serve warm or cold.
    May add raisins for variation.
