Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. celery, cut on slant
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
    1 large can pork and beans
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Let simmer until onion is tender. Drain and add other ingredients except beans.
    Pour beans into 2-quart casserole.
    Pour ground beef mixture over beans.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
