Special Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) green peas, drained
1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/3 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the last two.
Toss with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 6.
