Weight Watchers Carrots A La Francaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. each Dijon-style mustard and olive or vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine carrots and garlic.
    In a small jar with tight fitting cover or small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Cover and shake well or stir to mix thoroughly.
    Pour lemon mixture over carrot-garlic mixture and toss to coat.
    Makes 2 servings.
    Each serving provides 1 vegetable exchange, 1/2 fat exchange.
    Per serving contains 51 calories, 1 g protein, 3 g fat, 7 g carbohydrate, 20 mg calcium, 234 mg sodium and 0 mg cholesterol.
