Great-Gramma'S Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. warm tap water
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients into a large bowl.
With a wire whisk, beat in last 3 ingredients.
Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Done when a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
