Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops (may substitute shrimp)
    25 to 30 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 can shrimp stew (soup)
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine crackers with milk, egg and soup.
    Mix well.
    Add scallops and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 1 hour.
