Congealed Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked chicken
    3 envelopes Knox gelatine in 1 c. cold water
    3 c. stock (salt the stock)
    5 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
    1 (No. 2) can English peas
    1 medium jar pimiento, cut up
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and water over hot water or in microwave. Add all ingredients.
    Congeal.
