Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 large sour cream (500 ml)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese for topping
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Pour soup and sour cream over potato mixture and mix well, but gently.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when in casserole dish.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can be frozen.
