Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 onion, grated
    1 parsnip, peeled and grated
    1 rutabaga, peeled and grated
    3 baking potatoes, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix egg whites, cream cheese, mustard, oregano, pepper, garlic and parsley in large bowl.
    Add rutabaga, onion, parsnip and potatoes.
    Mix well.
    Coat a 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    Pour ingredients into dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until top is brown and crisp.
