Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, loosely packed and coarsely grated
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy; add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until thick and lemon colored.
Add zucchini and flour that has been sifted with the other dry ingredients.
Stir well and add nuts.
