Custard On Top Of Stove - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
salt
nutmeg

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Add sugar, pinch of salt, milk and vanilla.
Put in double boiler, sprinkle with nutmeg.
Put lid on and cook on medium heat 21 minutes or until when you insert knife blade will come out clean.
