French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. beef broth (bouillon)
    4 slices French bread, toasted
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In large covered saucepan, cook onions in butter over low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Uncover and add salt, sugar and flour.
    Stir well.
    Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Place one slice of bread in oven-proof bowl and pour soup over bread.
    Place 1 slice of cheese over each bowl.
    Place in broiler until cheese is light brown and bubbling, about 5 minutes.
