Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tomatoes
1 c. celery
1 peeled cucumber
1 green pepper
1 small onion
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. hot water
1 pt. mayonnaise
Preparation

Finely chop the first 5 ingredients.
Soak gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in hot water and let cool.
Stir in mayonnaise. Add vegetables.
Mix and refrigerate.
