Amish Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsalted butter
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. 10x sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Combine butter, oil and sugars in large mixing bowl; mix well. Add eggs and beat 1 minute until well blended.
    Add vanilla; beat well.
    In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
    Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
