Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 oz. sharp cheese, shredded fine
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. pecans, chopped fine

Preparation

Mix ingredients; shape into a ring.
Chill.
Fill center of ring and cover top with strawberry preserves.
