Greek Tiropetes-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 lb. Feta cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    1 lb. filo (found in frozen bread section of grocery)
    1/2 lb. butter, melted (for basting)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until thick.
    In another bowl, mix cheese with 1/2 pound melted butter.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Line an 11 x 14 x 2-inch pan with 10 buttered sheets of filo.
    Add egg-cheese mixture and top with 8 buttered sheets of filo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut into small squares and serve warm.
