Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch baked pie shell
    5 c. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Bring 1 cup berries, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water and lemon rind to a boil in a saucepan.
    Combine remaining sugar, water and cornstarch; stir into boiling berries.
    Cook for about 1 minute or until clear and thickened.
    Cool.
    Place remaining fresh berries in a baked pie shell.
    Cover with the cooled glaze and chill until completely set.
    Serve with whipped cream.
