Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend together butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in mashed bananas.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Blend into creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan or tube pan which has been coated with additional butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
