Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 cans water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast in a casserole dish.
    Mix together onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and water.
    Pour over roast.
    Cook for about 3 or 4 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Check with fork after 3 hours to see if tender
    Makes its own gravy.
