Slovak Chicken Paprikas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 onions, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. fat
pinch of parsley
boiled soft noodles
Preparation

Brown onions lightly in the fat.
Add paprika and chicken; sprinkle with salt.
Cover and cook about 1 hour or until tender. Pour sour cream and parsley over chicken.
Heat for 1 minute only. Serve over noodles.
