Savory Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. raw rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Heat butter in a saucepan.
    Add onion and cook over low heat until golden brown.
    Add rice and cook until lightly brown and rice is done.
