Marinated Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast or steaks, cut roast in 2 inch strips
    tenderizer
    1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle tenderizer on meat, then add remaining ingredients in Ziploc bag or in plastic bowl; seal.
    Let stand 2 hours or up to 2 days.
    Grill or broil in oven.
