Chicken In The Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked, boned and cut in bite size pieces
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Pace picante sauce
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 small pkg. regular corn chips
Preparation
    Mix chicken soup, sour cream and picante sauce until blended. In a 2-quart buttered casserole, place a layer of chicken.
    Add a layer of cream chicken mixture, a layer of grated cheese and a layer of corn chips.
    Repeat layering.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Garnish with additional picante sauce.
    Serves 4.
