Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff and gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla.
    Continue beating until very stiff.
    Fold in pecans.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
    Cookies should remain light colored.
    Cool on racks.
    Makes 3 1/2 dozen small cookies.
