Broccoli-Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bunch broccoli
4 large boneless chicken breasts, cooked (I use whole chicken)
American cheese slices
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish with raw broccoli spears and cover with chicken.
Cover chicken with cheese slices.
Mix soup and mayonnaise and spread over cheese.
Top with water chestnuts. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with canned onions and bake another 15 minutes.
