Salmon Loaf (Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    2 eggs
    12 crackers
    1/2 onion
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    celery or celery salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown in a loaf pan.
    Also can use a Corning Ware dish.
    Serves 4.
