Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. beef broth
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 c. sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium or large onion, chopped
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Saute onions in some vegetable oil over medium heat until translucent in a large skillet; add garlic and saute for another minute.
Crumble in beef and cook about 8 minutes, stirring a few minutes, until meat loses its pink color.
Stir in flour until blended, then stir in soup mix, broth, mushrooms and parsley. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sour cream; heat through.
Serve over hot noodles.
Makes 4 servings.
