Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
    Combine eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add corn.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet. Drop dollar size tablespoonfuls into the skillet.
    Fry until lightly browned.
