Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. extra sharp cheese
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    In microwave, melt cheese in a microwave-safe dish.
    Set at Medium setting for 2 minutes.
    Repeat, if necessary, to get cheese melted smoothly. Combine melted cheese, bread crumbs and evaporated milk, along with cooked macaroni in large bowl.
    Place back in microwave for 3 to 5 minutes on High.
