Black Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. almonds
    2 egg whites
    8 oz. sweet chocolate
Preparation
    The almonds and chocolate must both be finely ground in a blender.
    Cut chocolate coarsely before grinding in blender. After grinding, mix them together in a bowl and then mix in the unbeaten egg whites.
    Knead briefly in the bowl until mix holds together.
    Divide into 40 pieces, using 1 tablespoon for each and place on wax paper or aluminum foil.
    Roll each piece between your hands to form a ball and replace on foil or paper.
