Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture. Stir in chopped apples and nuts.
Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
