Pailla (Mexican Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 slices garlic
    1 large tomato
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can smoked oysters
    1 can clams
    2 roasted peppers
Preparation
    Fry rice in heated cooking oil in a large frying pan until slightly brown.
    Add onion, garlic and tomato; stir over a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
    Add 4 cups of water and 2 cups chicken broth; bring to a boil.
    Add smoked oysters, clams and roasted peppers.
    Bring to low flame.
    Stir-cook for about 20 minutes or until water is dissolved.
