Tabbouleh Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bulghur (fine crushed wheat)
4 large tomatoes
1/2 c. green onions
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. olive oil
4 bunches parsley
2 Tbsp. fresh mint (to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash bulghur; drain from water and put in a large bowl. (Let it set for 30 minutes.) Chop tomatoes, parsley, onion and mint, then add
over bulghur.
In a small bowl, blend the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper; pour over mixture and mix well.
